A: Yes! High level baking skills are not necessary. We do ask that you do your best to deliver a special cake with thought given to the child or seniors interests. Michael's (www.michaels.com)
or your local party store offer helpful cake decorating classes for beginners. You may also volunteer to do marketing, secure donations or deliver cakes.
Q: Where do I get ideas to make a special cake?
Search Google "images" for thousands of images to give you ideas for any type of cake.
Q:Do I need to have a licensed kitchen?
A: No, we are protected under the Bill Emerson Good Samaritan Food Donation Act
We do ask that your kitchen be clean, and care taken with raw foods such as eggs so that all cakes are baked with food safety in mind.
